If you're comparing HeyReach because you run many LinkedIn sender accounts for clients or an SDR team, the closest like-for-like option is Skylead: its agency package lists 25 seats for $999 a month as a first-year promotion, with a shared client inbox and native email. Expandi fits teams that want a dedicated IP per account and accept per-seat pricing. Salesflow has the lowest per-seat list price among the cloud tools here once you pass five seats. La Growth Machine and lemlist make sense when LinkedIn and email must run in one sequence. Linked Helper is the low-cost pick for technical operators who'll run their own computer or VPS. And if your senders are LinkedIn-only and email already runs elsewhere, staying on HeyReach may be cheapest: from 13 senders its Agency bundle costs less than paying per sender, provided you bring your own proxies.
HeyReach's pricing frames the decision. Growth is $79 per sender per month, and the page's FAQ (which still calls this plan Starter) says each sender on it gets a dedicated residential proxy. Agency is $999 a month for 25 senders and Unlimited is $2,999 a month; both require your own proxies. Teammates and client logins are free; only connected LinkedIn accounts are billed. HeyReach is LinkedIn-only, and its homepage says email runs through native integrations with Instantly, Smartlead and EmailBison.
Evidence and disclosure (checked October 16, 2026): We read each vendor's pricing page and relevant help-center articles, LinkedIn's User Agreement and prohibited software page, and captured each vendor's public pricing page. We did not connect a LinkedIn account to any tool, run campaigns, or measure acceptance, replies or restrictions; vendor safety and results claims are unverified. OutboundXYZ has affiliate relationships with Instantly and Smartlead, which appear here only as email tools that LinkedIn platforms integrate with. HeyReach and the six alternatives are not affiliates, and commissions did not decide this order. Prices are public USD list prices before tax unless noted.
HeyReach alternatives compared
| Tool | Best fit | Verified price and billing basis | Key limit | Main drawback | Official source |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| HeyReach (baseline) | LinkedIn-only sender pools beside a separate email tool | $79/sender/month; Agency $999/month for 25 senders; Unlimited $2,999/month | Agency and Unlimited need your own proxies | No native email; bundles pay off only when full | Pricing |
| Skylead | Agencies wanting a 25-seat bundle with email included | $100/seat/month; Agency $999/month for 25 seats or $1,999 unlimited (first-year promotion) | Client Unibox and roles are Agency-only | Price after year one not published | Pricing |
| Expandi | A dedicated IP per account and detailed campaign controls | $99/seat/month, or $79 billed annually; Agency custom from 10 seats | One seat per LinkedIn account | Advertises campaign types that exceed outreach limits | Pricing |
| Salesflow | Cloud teams of 5+ seats wanting volume discounts | Per seat monthly: $99 (1+), $70 (5+), $39.95 (20+), $29.98 (50+, annual commitment) | White-label URL from 20 seats | Page doesn't define what a seat covers | Pricing |
| La Growth Machine | LinkedIn, email and calls in one sequence | Pro $135/identity/month, or $110 billed annually | Six active campaigns on Pro | Highest cost at 10 senders | Pricing |
| lemlist | Email-first teams adding LinkedIn steps per rep | Multichannel $109/user/month, or $87 billed yearly | One LinkedIn account per seat, via Chrome extension | Needs a logged-in browser session per account | Pricing |
| Linked Helper | Technical operators running their own machines | $15/license/month (Local Standard, one-month term); volume discounts from 10 licenses | Your computer or VPS must stay on | You buy and maintain the VPS and proxies | Pricing |
"Unlimited senders" means no per-account fee, not unlimited safe activity. HeyReach's connection request guide caps each sender at 200 connection requests a week and recommends 25 a day once warmed up, so capacity grows only by adding real people's accounts.
How we narrowed the list
We kept products that run several LinkedIn sender accounts under one account or workspace and publish enough to price a 10-sender setup, then checked each one's billing unit, execution model, IP or proxy source, reply handling, client separation and integrations. Email finders and data tools that pad other lists don't replace a sender pool, so they're out.
Three tools we review didn't make the cut. Dripify connects one LinkedIn account per seat, with team management on Advanced; on October 16 it listed Pro at $79 and Advanced at $99 monthly, where our earlier review and hub recorded a $59 Basic plan. With no documented white-label or client workspaces, it suits an internal SDR team better than an agency. Waalaxy is priced per user with its LinkedIn Inbox as an add-on. PhantomBuster is an automation workbench, not a multi-sender sequencer. For the broad "best LinkedIn automation tool" question, use our LinkedIn automation hub and the Expandi vs Dripify vs Waalaxy comparison.
The six alternatives by use case
1. Skylead: closest match to HeyReach's agency bundle

Skylead public pricing page, captured October 16, 2026, after declining non-essential cookies.
Skylead's All-in-one seat costs $100 a month and includes cloud-based LinkedIn automation, unlimited email accounts with up to 100,000 emails a month, email warm-up, a Smart Inbox, unlimited team members, an API and webhooks. The Agency package is a first-year promotion at $999 a month for 25 seats, or $1,999 for unlimited seats, adding an agency dashboard, a Unibox for all client conversations, client roles and permissions, risk alerts and a white-label option.
Its help center says each seat is linked to one LinkedIn profile; you can swap the profile without buying a seat, but campaigns built on the old profile stop working. Skylead also says it uses a proxy from the account's original login country, unlike HeyReach Agency, where you source proxies yourself.
Best for: agencies that want HeyReach-style bundle pricing with email in the same product. Drawback: the long-run Agency price is unknown. Get the year-two rate in writing before moving 25 client accounts.
2. Expandi: dedicated IP per account and detailed campaign controls

Expandi public pricing page, captured October 16, 2026.
Expandi lists Business at $99 a month, or $79 a month on annual billing paid upfront, matching our Expandi review; its help center ties each seat to a LinkedIn account. Business includes cloud execution, a dedicated country-based IP, profile warm-up, configurable limit ranges, email follow-ups in the same sequence and webhook integrations. Agency is custom-priced from 10 seats and adds roles and permissions, centralized campaign management, client reports and white-labeling.
The same pricing page lists "campaign types that allow bypassing outreach limits", citing an extra 100 connection requests a week through a mobile connector. Our review treats that positioning as an account-risk flag; set your own limits below what the product allows.
Best for: LinkedIn-first teams that want each account on its own IP and fine sequence control. Drawback: $99 monthly per seat costs more than HeyReach's $79, and agency terms need a sales call.
3. Salesflow: volume seat pricing in the cloud

Salesflow public pricing page, captured October 16, 2026, with monthly billing selected.
Salesflow's per-seat price falls with team size: $99 for Basic, $70 for Starter (5+ seats), $39.95 for Pro (20+), $29.98 for Agency (50+) and $24.99 for Enterprise (100+) on monthly billing. A footnote says Agency and Enterprise require an annual commitment billed monthly; six- and twelve-month terms discount the other tiers. Every plan lists a unified LinkedIn and Sales Navigator inbox, LinkedIn and email reporting, HubSpot, Zapier and API access; a success manager and white-label login URL start on Pro. The homepage describes cloud execution with dedicated IPs and email steps.
The pricing page doesn't define a seat (and the homepage showed Agency at $29.95, not $29.98), so confirm in writing that one seat equals one LinkedIn account.
Best for: teams running 10 to 50+ accounts that want the lowest published cloud price per seat. Drawback: thinner documented agency tooling below 20 seats.
4. La Growth Machine: LinkedIn, email and calls in one sequence

La Growth Machine public pricing page, captured October 16, 2026; the default view shows annual billing in euros, while this guide uses the page's USD figures.
La Growth Machine bills per identity, meaning a profile that runs campaigns. The page's USD rates are Basic $70, Pro $135 and Ultimate $195 per identity per month, or $60, $110 and $165 billed annually. Basic stops at three identities. Pro allows unlimited identities, five sending addresses per identity with inbox rotation, a combined LinkedIn and email inbox, 25 free team members, and API, Zapier, Make and Clay integrations. A custom agency plan needs a six-identity minimum commitment.
Agencies should notice the six active campaigns allowed on Pro. LGM's own comparison content says it runs in the cloud with no Chrome extension and a dedicated residential IP per identity; we found no help-center article documenting this, so confirm it in the 14-day trial. The page's "100% SAFE" badge is marketing.
Best for: teams where email and LinkedIn are equal channels in one sequence. Drawback: the most expensive option at 10 senders, with a campaign cap that can bind multi-client work.
5. lemlist: when email is the main channel

lemlist public pricing page, captured October 16, 2026, with yearly billing selected by default.
lemlist's Multichannel plan costs $109 per user per month, or $87 billed yearly, adding LinkedIn automation, calling and SMS to its email features. Its help center is explicit: each lemlist seat connects to one LinkedIn account through the Chrome extension and browser session. For several profiles it recommends a seat and a separate Chrome profile per LinkedIn account, warning that switching accounts in one Chrome profile can overwrite connections. lemlist's own HeyReach comparison concedes that per-user pricing can cost more than a flat-fee tool for many LinkedIn-only senders.
That suits email-led sequences with LinkedIn steps, not a sender pool run by one operator. Our lemlist review covers the email side.
Best for: email-first teams where every rep owns one profile. Drawback: browser-session dependency and per-user cost for LinkedIn-only accounts.
6. Linked Helper: lowest license cost, most self-management

Linked Helper public pricing page, captured October 16, 2026; the calculator defaulted to Cloud storage, Standard and a three-month term.
Linked Helper is desktop software that runs on your computer or a VPS you control; its "Cloud-based Storage" option only changes where data lives. One license equals one LinkedIn account. One-month-term prices are $15 per license for Local Standard, $45 for Local Pro, $29.90 for Cloud Standard and $59.90 for Cloud Pro. Twelve-month terms take up to 45% off, and 10 or more matching licenses bought together add a volume discount starting at 10%. Standard caps several advanced actions at 20 a day. Each client can get a separate workspace with view-only guest access. The VPS and any proxy are bought separately.
The $15 figure matches our Linked Helper review; our September hub check recorded a lower monthly figure, so trust the live calculator.
Best for: technical operators who want low license cost and control over where each account runs. Drawback: you own uptime, machines, proxies and data handling across every client account.
What 10 LinkedIn senders cost per month

HeyReach public pricing page, captured October 16, 2026, used as the baseline for this scenario.
Assumptions: 10 LinkedIn accounts, each owned by a person who has agreed to its use; USD list prices on October 16, 2026, before tax and negotiation. Excluded unless stated: LinkedIn Premium or Sales Navigator, proxies and VPS not included in the plan, email mailboxes and domains, extra credits. This models procurement, not performance.
| Option | Plan used | Monthly billing | 12-month commitment | Other cost to model |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| HeyReach | Growth, 10 senders | $790 | About $633 ($759 per sender yearly) | Proxy per sender included |
| HeyReach | Agency, 25-sender bundle | $999 | About $800 ($9,591 yearly) | 10 proxies you supply; 15 unused slots |
| Skylead | All-in-one, 10 seats | $1,000 | Annual offer through sales | Email accounts included |
| Skylead | Agency, 25-seat promotion | $999 | Not published | Year-two price unknown |
| Expandi | Business, 10 seats | $990 | $790 | Agency pricing custom from 10 seats |
| Salesflow | Starter, 10 seats | $700 | $490 | Confirm seat definition |
| La Growth Machine | Pro, 10 identities | $1,350 | $1,100 | Six active campaigns |
| lemlist | Multichannel, 10 users | $1,090 | $870 | One Chrome profile per account |
| Linked Helper | Local Standard, 10 licenses | $135 | About $74 ($891 upfront) | Your VPS and proxies; Pro is $405 monthly |
Three things stand out. HeyReach Agency beats its own per-sender price from 13 senders (13 × $79 = $1,027), before the proxies Agency makes you source. Skylead's Agency promotion costs about the same as 10 All-in-one seats, so from 10 seats the client Unibox and roles come at no extra list cost in year one. And the cheapest rows move cost elsewhere: Salesflow's rate depends on a seat definition you should confirm, and Linked Helper's assumes you run the infrastructure.
Execution, proxies, inbox and client separation
| Tool | Where automation runs | IP or proxy | Reply handling | Client separation | API and webhooks |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| HeyReach | Cloud | Residential proxy per sender on Growth; your own on Agency and Unlimited | Unified Inbox | Workspaces; white-label on Agency | API, webhooks, MCP |
| Skylead | Cloud | Proxy from original login country | Smart Inbox; client Unibox on Agency | Agency dashboard, client roles | API, webhooks |
| Expandi | Cloud | Dedicated country-based IP | Global smart inbox | Agency roles, client reports | Webhooks |
| Salesflow | Cloud (vendor description) | Dedicated IPs (vendor description) | LinkedIn and Sales Navigator inbox | White-label URL from Pro | API, Zapier |
| La Growth Machine | Cloud (vendor comparison page) | Residential IP per identity (vendor claim) | LinkedIn and email inbox on Pro | Team members; custom agency plan | API, Zapier, Make |
| lemlist | Chrome extension and browser session | Your browser's network | Unified inbox | Roles; custom roles on Enterprise | API, MCP, CLI |
| Linked Helper | Your computer or VPS | Your IP or a proxy you buy | Built-in inbox | Client workspaces, guest access | Webhooks |
The proxy column matters. Leaving HeyReach Growth, where HeyReach supplies the proxy, for a bring-your-own model adds a vendor, a bill and a failure point per account; HeyReach's custom proxy guide says a failed proxy stops the account working properly. Ask each vendor who replaces a failed IP and how fast.
LinkedIn's rules apply to every tool here
In LinkedIn's User Agreement, effective November 3, 2025, members agree not to "use bots or other unauthorized automated methods to access the Services," including to add contacts or send messages. It also prohibits using someone else's account, including by sharing login credentials or copying cookies, which matters when an agency connects client profiles. LinkedIn's prohibited software page says it doesn't permit third-party software that automates activity on its website, and that members using such tools risk restriction or shutdown.
No product above changes that. Warm-up, limits, dedicated IPs and cooldowns may make activity look less mechanical; they're not permission, and vendor safety language is a claim. A sender pool also multiplies exposure, because every sender is a real person's professional profile. Get written consent from each owner, agree what happens after a restriction, and stay well below tool maximums. Our guides on why LinkedIn accounts get restricted, the automation tool warning and connection request limits cover recovery and pacing.
Jan has been direct about this. In a January 2022 walkthrough he advised building LinkedIn automation up slowly because automating too much can get an account flagged, and in a May 2023 video he said exporting Sales Navigator data with a browser plugin was against LinkedIn's terms, done at your own risk, and that LinkedIn's position was fair because the data is its asset. Those remarks concern other workflows, not these tools, but the principle holds: know which rule you're risking before you scale it across clients.
Switching checklist
- Count the senders you'll run in the next three months, not the plan maximum; bundles only win when mostly full.
- Price month 13. Skylead's agency rate is a first-year promotion, and the annual prices above require commitments.
- Ask where each session runs and who supplies the IP, and budget for proxies if you're leaving a plan that included them.
- Export, then pause, then disconnect. Save leads, conversations and blacklists first; Skylead and lemlist both document that campaigns stop when a seat's LinkedIn profile changes. HeyReach also advises against running another automation tool on the same account.
- Map client separation and consent: workspace, roles, white-label needs and each profile owner's written approval.
- Decide where email runs. Skylead, La Growth Machine, lemlist, Expandi and Salesflow send email steps; HeyReach relies on a separate sequencer. Our LinkedIn plus email stack and agency LinkedIn outreach stack show both layouts.
If you keep HeyReach and pair it with an email tool, our Instantly review and Smartlead review compare mailbox and client-workspace economics; as disclosed above, we earn commission from both.
Frequently asked questions
What is the best HeyReach alternative for agencies?
For 10 to 25 client senders, Skylead is the closest structural match: 25 seats for $999 a month as a first-year promotion, with a client Unibox, client roles and native email. Expandi is the alternative if you want a dedicated IP per account and will negotiate custom agency pricing from 10 seats.
Does HeyReach send emails?
Not natively. HeyReach automates LinkedIn and, according to its homepage, connects to Instantly, Smartlead and EmailBison for email. For LinkedIn and email in one sequence, look at La Growth Machine, lemlist, Skylead, Expandi or Salesflow.
What is the cheapest HeyReach alternative?
On license price, Linked Helper: about $135 a month for 10 Local Standard licenses, plus your own VPS and proxies. Among cloud tools, Salesflow Starter at $70 per seat is the lowest published rate at 10 seats.
Is HeyReach or any alternative safe for my LinkedIn account?
No tool can guarantee that. LinkedIn's User Agreement prohibits unauthorized automated methods for adding contacts and sending messages, and LinkedIn says members using such tools risk restriction, whatever limits or IPs the vendor uses.
