3 Best LinkedIn Posting Tools for Teams: Voices and Cost

Compare Postiv, Supergrow and Heyoo for whole-team LinkedIn posting, personal voices, approvals and team pricing, with real homepage screenshots.

Postiv is our first pick for a small B2B team that wants each person publishing original LinkedIn content in their own voice. Its Team plan combines personal content support with shared workflows, approvals and unlimited connected LinkedIn profiles. Supergrow is worth evaluating for its interview-led content collection. Heyoo fits teams comparing managed executive posting with broader employee-advocacy campaigns.

The named shortlist is Postiv, Supergrow and Heyoo. The job is to help colleagues publish useful content from their individual profiles. This is different from simply scheduling updates on one company page or asking everyone to reshare the same company announcement.

Disclosure and evidence: Jan van Musscher, who runs OutboundXYZ, co-founded Postiv. This is an opinionated comparison of official product and pricing pages checked September 13, 2026. Homepage captures appear below. We did not connect a team to all three products, test permission enforcement or measure participation improvements. Postiv's first-place position reflects the documented fit for this specific workflow, not an independent security audit or a measured adoption ranking.

Team-posting tools compared

Tool Best fit Personal content approach Coordination and approvals Team price basis checked September 13 Main buying tradeoff
1. Postiv Original LinkedIn posts from a growing B2B team Personal strategy, voice context and a weekly plan for each profile Shared assets, workflows and approvals Team: $229/month billed monthly, or $159/month equivalent with $1,908 annual billing; unlimited members and profiles advertised LinkedIn-focused; validate approval setup and operating limits for your organization
2. Supergrow Interview-led expert content PostCast interviews and individual Content DNA profiles Review chains, organization management and team analytics Pricing FAQ states $139/month for four accounts, with a free admin dashboard; more accounts require an Enterprise discussion Four-account allowance limits direct five- or ten-person cost comparisons; annual FAQ is inconsistent
3. Heyoo Managed thought leadership and advocacy campaigns Custom tone of voice, managed profiles and voice-to-post Shared calendar on Team; post approval workflow listed on Growth Team: €299/month for up to 10 users; Growth: €399/month for up to 20 A team needing the listed approval workflow should evaluate Growth, not just the lowest Team price

Price figures preserve each vendor's displayed currency and billing basis. We have not converted euros to dollars or assumed taxes and contract terms are identical. Supergrow's annual FAQ lists $133/month while also stating a 20% discount from $139/month; those numbers do not reconcile. Confirm its current offer before purchasing rather than treating that annual figure as settled.

1. Postiv: our first pick for getting the whole team publishing

A shared calendar helps you see empty slots. It does not necessarily help a consultant, founder or delivery lead work out what to say. Postiv's team proposition starts earlier: each person has a content strategy, topics, writing support and a weekly plan, while the organization shares assets and a publishing workflow.

The dedicated employee-advocacy page describes audience, pillars, sources, preferences and feedback tied to each profile. That is relevant when several colleagues have different areas of expertise. A founder might discuss business decisions, while a delivery lead explains implementation lessons. Their posts should serve their own audiences rather than becoming interchangeable versions of the same announcement.

Postiv's pricing and advocacy pages list unlimited members and connected LinkedIn profiles on Team, together with shared workflows and approvals. Its broader product includes carousels and other visuals, so the publishing program can cover more than text posts.

Why it ranks first here: this guide prioritizes original content from several B2B experts, with personal support and shared coordination in one place. The advertised profile allowance also removes a per-profile price increment from the listed Team subscription. Neither voice support nor approvals are exclusive to Postiv; both competing products address parts of this job.

The limitation: “unlimited profiles” is not a promise of unlimited generation capacity, support or every possible enterprise control. Confirm the configuration of approvals, permissions and any operating limits for your team. If your main requirement is a broad corporate distribution program across many networks, use a different selection brief.

Choose Postiv if your team needs help producing original content consistently. Read the employee-advocacy workflow and current pricing. If visual content is a major part of the program, see our LinkedIn carousel comparison.

2. Supergrow: an option for collecting expertise through interviews

Supergrow homepage, captured September 13, 2026. Public website capture.

Supergrow's employee-advocacy description puts guided interviews near the start of the content process. Its PostCast feature asks about a person's expertise and develops material for posts, while Content DNA holds an individual voice profile. That is a useful approach to investigate when colleagues find it easier to talk about their work than write a draft.

The platform also documents custom review chains, team management, a content calendar and analytics. Those features make it a substantive team-publishing alternative, rather than a single-user writer with an extra login bolted on. Their quality and permission behavior still need checking in your own workspace.

The pricing FAQ states that Teams costs $139/month for four accounts and includes a free admin dashboard. It directs organizations needing more accounts toward Enterprise. A marketing administrator and a publishing profile are therefore different units in the comparison: adding an admin is not evidence that another executive can publish within the same allowance.

The limitation: do not multiply a single-user price by five and assume it buys the team workflow. Get the correct account allowance and current quote. The annual-pricing inconsistency noted above also makes a simple yearly cost comparison unreliable without confirmation.

Choose Supergrow if a guided interview is a better input method for your experts and its team package matches your account needs.

3. Heyoo: an option for managed profiles and advocacy campaigns

Heyoo homepage, captured September 13, 2026. Public website capture.

Heyoo combines managed thought-leader profiles with advocacy campaigns. Its product and pricing pages describe custom tone of voice, managed posting, a team calendar, nudges and an employee leaderboard. That makes it relevant when marketing coordinates a wider program and needs more than a queue of individual drafts.

The distinction between its plans is important. Team covers up to 10 users at a displayed €299/month and includes scheduling, the team calendar and managed posting. Growth covers up to 20 users at €399/month and explicitly adds a post approval workflow, along with content pillars and additional program features.

For a buyer who must review posts before they go live, the relevant starting comparison is therefore the plan listing approvals. A cheaper plan with a suitable user count may still omit the workflow that triggered the purchase.

The limitation: map required features to the actual tier. Do not assume a calendar or managed posting is equivalent to a formal approval process. The public page lists monthly prices; confirm billing, taxes and contract terms in the offer you receive.

Choose Heyoo if marketing wants to combine managed executive content and employee campaigns, and the appropriate tier fits the program's needs.

What does a five- or ten-person program cost?

This is a transparent subscription scenario based on the captured prices, not a quotation or an ROI forecast. Each person in the scenario needs their own publishing profile and the team wants the listed approval feature. No additional client workspaces are assumed.

Team size Postiv Team Supergrow Teams Heyoo Growth
5 publishing people $229/month on monthly billing: $45.80 per person Standard four-account allowance is insufficient; obtain a quote €399/month displayed: €79.80 per person
10 publishing people $229/month on monthly billing: $22.90 per person Obtain a quote for the larger account count €399/month displayed: €39.90 per person
Annual option $1,908 upfront; $159/month equivalent Confirm the inconsistent annual FAQ before modelling Annual terms not established from the captured pricing page

Postiv's annual equivalent works out to $31.80 per person for five people or $15.90 for ten. Those are arithmetic allocations of one subscription, not separate seat prices. They also assume that all five or ten people use the product; a large nominal allowance does not create value if only one colleague posts.

Choose a workflow your colleagues can keep using

In his July 9, 2024 video about hiring, Jan emphasized defining the process and success criteria around a role. The same operational question is useful here: who supplies expertise, who edits, who approves and who publishes? That is an application of his historical management lesson, not evidence that he tested today's team-publishing products. Watch the source passage.

Before expanding a program, use an illustrative pilot with three distinct roles: an author, an editor and an approver. Prepare one text post and one visual post. Check the same things in each shortlisted tool:

Requirement What a satisfactory pilot demonstrates
Individual voice Each person's draft reflects their own source material and perspective
Permissions The correct people can view, edit and approve the intended profile's content
Approval behavior An unapproved draft cannot follow a publishing path your organization intends to restrict
Calendar clarity Author, profile, status and scheduled time are visible to the people coordinating work
Feedback ownership A requested revision reaches the right person and the final version is identifiable
Reporting The team can separate participation and publishing activity from business outcomes
Offboarding Removing a colleague or administrator has the expected effect on access and scheduled content

These are evaluation steps, not tests completed for this guide. Agree on the process before rolling out to every employee. A publishing tool cannot supply a colleague's judgment or willingness to contribute.

Questions buyers ask

What is the best tool for getting a whole team posting on LinkedIn?

Postiv is our first recommendation for a B2B team producing original personal content, based on its documented personal coaching, shared workflow and Team profile allowance. Compare Supergrow for interview-led inputs and Heyoo for managed profiles plus advocacy campaigns.

Is employee advocacy the same as sharing a company post?

It can include that, but the program in this guide focuses on employees contributing their own knowledge. Decide whether you need original expert content, coordinated distribution of central messages, or both before comparing software.

Do unlimited profiles mean unlimited permissions and AI use?

No. A profile allowance is one part of a plan. Verify generation limits, administrator roles, approvals and organizational requirements separately. See our LinkedIn content tools hub for the broader category, or the LinkedIn scheduling guide for the basic publishing workflow.
